What exactly does the tracker do?

NutriBite lets you log your meals, exercise, and weight in one app. Over time those logs become a trend line you can actually learn from — you see what you’re eating, how active you’re being, and how your weight moves. Member access also includes a recipe library labeled for common dietary preferences.

Do I have to follow a specific diet?

No. The tracker works however you eat. If you follow a dietary preference — vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb, low-sodium — the recipe library includes entries labeled for those preferences so you can browse accordingly. But you can also just log honestly without any label at all.

Can I browse recipes by dietary preference?

Yes — the recipe library groups entries by common dietary preferences so you can browse to what suits you. We do not detect or flag allergens automatically. If you have a food allergy, always check the full ingredient list yourself before cooking.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One link in your account — cancel anytime and your access runs to the end of the billing period you already paid for. Charges appear on your statement as nutribte.com.
